About the role
Based at any of our Head Office locations, this full time, permanent Document Management Support Lead Role reports to the S enior Manager Systems and Document Management with key responsibilities relating supporting the development of BEN’s forms, support of BEN’s Electronic Document Management System, BEN’s Customer Communications platform and BEN’s Knowledge management system.
You will play a key role in Develop the Groups forms that are adhering to style guides and compliance obligations. You will support the Groups knowledge management system and the Groups electronic document management system. You will assist the Customer Communications platform and will assist in developing new Communications delivery alternatives. You will also develop new processes and procedures to move paper-based documents into the electronic documents management system and work with and support the SME’s for document generation and records management to achieve their goals...
