About the role: This HR Consultant will be responsible for providing support, guidance and advice on all HR-related practices across the business. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of effective people management framework including recruitment, retention, WH&S, policies and processes. There are lots of opportunities and this role will help get traction on various projects. A hands-on role that would suit someone with broad generalist skills and energy to build and imbed work practices KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify opportunities to improve and develop people functions to support the growth and performance across the network.
