Warehouse Supervisor

• Full time Supervisor role Mon – Fri, 38 hours per week
• Flexible working hours spread from 6 AM to 5 PM supporting two shifts
• Supportive team in a new centrally located facility

We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Warehouse Supervisor at our Adelaide Branch.

In this role, you would be responsible for coordinating labour resources against the volume and customer priorities. This role is also responsible for ensuring that all stock is received and despatched is accurate and is in a conforming and acceptable condition and that all warehouse staff are aware of relevant safety procedures and that staff are trained in the warehouse SOP’s.

As a leader in our business, you will also be responsible for the motivation, engagement, performance and retention of your team.

OUR IDEAL PERSON

• A Certificate IV qualification in Warehousing Operations or similar is an advantage
• FL license, ideally with high reach
• An ability to lead people and organise work
• Computer and Analytical skills are essential
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to direct and work in a team environment
• Good problem-solving skills and an ability to apply common sense in developing and applying effective procedures
• Ideally, you will have a First Aid qualification, however, this is not essential
• Strong attention-to-detail and able to multitask
• A passion for customer satisfaction and strong interpersonal skills
• A positive, "can do" attitude and exceptional teamwork skills
