ABOUT THE ROLE
Following an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a hungry and influential Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our diverse Sales Team at our Yatala Branch.
The primary objective of this role is to deliver improved revenue and margin growth across the Greater Brisbane region using creative strategies. You will lead the design and implementation of sales plans to optimise the performance of our newly formed yet high-performing sales team to drive profitable growth throughout the region.
You will be joining a leadership team who lead-by-example and who thrive on sharing their knowledge and experience to see their team grow and develop. Your manager will take a coaching approach, investing time in developing you to support your long-term success.
ABOUT YOU
As the ideal candidate for the Sales Manager position at Bunzl Safety & Lifting, you are an accomplished leader with a strong background in sales management. You've successfully led sales teams, possess professional sales training, and have a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while driving profitability.
Your experience extends to managing sales teams operating within the direct sales channel, covering both SME and corporate markets. You have a proven ability to win and retain tier one projects and customers, demonstrating your expertise in building and nurturing valuable business relationships.
Your personal characteristics include a clear vision, exceptional time management skills, and a passion for identifying and implementing innovative solutions. You seamlessly transition between strategic and tactical activities and possess a keen understanding of financial and business indicators. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you are always on the lookout for new opportunities and thrive in complex, result-driven environments.
Overall, you are an engaging leader who consistently delivers results, makes quality-driven decisions, and fosters innovation.
