YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.

Part of your day-to-day will involve entering and processing orders via point of sale systems, responding to customer enquiries and retail assistance regarding a variety of our products and services. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service in BUNZL retail shop. You’ll also ensure communication flows within the Customer Service team itself to other areas of the business.

• Prior experience in a similar retail customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Able to work effectively individually and in a team
• Takes initiative and is solutions-oriented
