Where the team fits in 

PropTrack – part of the REA Group – is a leading provider of property information, analytics and valuation solutions across Australia, helping financial services, real estate, developers, valuation firms, insurance and government bodies to improve their business and customer outcomes. 

Sitting within the Mortgage Solutions product suite, you will be responsible for the property reports roadmap that assists our lenders, brokers and other consumers with property data and insights.  

What the role is all about 

  • Defining research plans with our CX/UX team to target critical consumer and customer segments 

  • Liaising with our CX/UX team members to synthesise market research 

  • Creating experiments that unlock insight into desirability of future product ideas 

  • Using data analytics to understand un-met needs amongst the existing user base 

  • Working with the Head of Product to define paths to further usage and monetisation opportunities 

  • Collaborating with product design resources and tech leads to scope out and size new opportunities 

  • Representing the team's output through various stakeholder engagements 

  • Working with the team to troubleshoot and problem solve various issues that arise on a day-to-day basis 

  • Develop any new GTM materials in collaboration with marketing 

 

Who we’re looking for 

  • Experience in developing consumer facing digital experiences 

  • Experience in the home buying journey or industries that service this journey will be highly desirable  

  • Experience in cross functional agile teams 

  • A working understanding of data concepts like Medians, Averages, Yield 

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Can build credibility and work closely with teams across the business to help drive value into their experiences and audiences 

  • Present complex ideas and concepts in a simple and compelling manner to diverse groups across the business 

  • Adopt a whole of business perspective when solving issues and developing plans 

  • Able to prioritise and work productively in a fast paced, sometimes uncertain agile environment
