What the role is all about

The Sales Lead role supports the Residential/Commercial Sales team in the following ways:

  • Lead a small team of Account Consultants across the Virtual Team.
  • Coach and support this Sales Team, holding the team accountable to set goals and expectations – ensuring they achieve their targets and provide customers with a best on planet experience.
  • Execute on the Residential/Commercial Strategy as set by the Senior Manager, Sales.
  • Implement on new products or objectives in market as set by the Senior Manager, Sales.
  • Drive culture within the state office and bring the greater cross-market and cross-function team together where appropriate.
  • Manage a strategic sub-set of customers across the Virtual Team.
  • Continue to develop and deepen trusted relationships with these customers.
  • Grow share of wallet, revenue, and customer sentiment among this sub-set of customers - by demonstrating ROI and providing best in class account partnership.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Someone with a runs on the board - Proven account management and sales experience of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service essential.
  • Knowledge of local Real Estate industry.
  • A proven track record of coaching and developing others and project work
  • Expert knowledge of advertising/marketing processes and strategies. 
  • Expert knowledge of salesforce.
  • Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment.
