YOUR ROLE
As a Human Resources Graduate at Bunzl, you will be an integral part of our team and contribute to the success of our business. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of HR initiatives, from recruitment and talent management to employee engagement and performance development. What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with teams to support various aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement activities, training, and programs.
- Learn about HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
