What the role is all about
The Growth Specialist is known as the subject matter expert that our customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders can lean on for specialist support on new products and platforms. The role is responsible for supporting our Customer Group initiatives in helping build awareness, influencing internal and external key stakeholders, and supporting acquisition & retention strategies on any new REA products & platforms we launch to customers.
The Growth Specialist is known as the subject matter expert that our customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders can lean on for specialist support on new products and platforms. The role is responsible for supporting our Sales team to acquire and retain new customers on any new products & platforms we launch.
The Growth Specialist will need to build strong relationships with our major and key franchise customers at a corporate level and be able to bring forward new ideas to grow usage at the office level to open more opportunities for the wider Sales Team.
Success will be measured by more customers using our new products to increase overall customer sentiment and revenue.
