Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.
Part of your day-to-day will be to assist the customer service team with entering and processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, maintaining the online ordering system, and actioning inbound calls regarding a variety of our products and services. The other half of your role will see you take ownership of your own territory, servicing both new and existing customers.
Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You’ll also ensure communication flows within the Customer Service team and Sales team who you will work alongside.
