Job Description

·       $110,000 + negotiable for the right person

Our client is proudly Canterbury owned and operated, providing top quality IT support and services for their valued clients all over New Zealand and Australia since 2003. In that time their work as an IT service provider has seen them deliver a wide range of services from Cloud hosting, Azure, MS 0365, SharePoint, vCIO, Standard server environments, Networking, and user device support to a wide range of small to medium businesses.
Their team is expanding in order to always better service their customers, and they have ambitious goals to reach over the next 2 years. They have a blend of skills and expertise in the business including technical knowledge, business knowledge and effective communication. The teams work in a positive and collaborative fashion, and they know that every piece of the puzzle including fellow team members, vendors and customers is essential to their success.

They have create this position in the business to oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and foster a positive work culture for the staff


Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

·       Customer account management: establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with clients and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

·       Staff Wellbeing: using your technical expertise to act as a mentor and provide support to staff member, and monitor staff workload to ensure resources are allocated effectively

·       Service Delivery: develop and implement KPIs and implement process improvement and best practices

·       You will uphold company standards at any time, working with your team and others and pass on best practices on the technical and consulting side.


Key Requirements:

·       Relevant and broad experience working in a similar role, ideally in an MSP, and excellent written and personal communication skills.

·       You have strong time-management and customer-centric skills.

·       Technical experience will be highly regarded such as systems engineering or IT experience

·       You must be based in Christchurch with valid NZ work rights.
