About you  

You are passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences and helping your customers through one of the most important buying experiences of their life fills you with pride. You have a good knowledge of the finance industry and care about helping people achieve their financial goals. 

You’ll bring your:   

• A genuine desire to help customers and build long-term relationships
• Previous Consumer lending experience – desirable
• High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations- desirable 
• Passion for customers and care in delivering great customer outcomes
• Strong work ethic and growth mindset to achieve results
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

About the role   

As a Home Lending Specialist you will provide support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home ownership dreams. You will develop and nurture customer lending leads, complete lending appointments and applications and look after your customer throughout their lending journey. You will provide memorable customer experiences, build trust and confidence to help your customers achieve their financial goals. This is a Full-Time position and is located in a high growth corridor in Mt Ommaney.
