YOUR ROLE
By leading and motivating your high-performing team, this role is vital to the successful running of our local operations and the delivery of service excellence to our clients. Managing across 2 shifts (6 am to 10 pm operations), you will meet the agreed service levels, control stock integrity, establish the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods and products.
The wellbeing and morale of the team is also in your hands, so ensuring overall safety compliance, providing regular team communications, managing effective labour planning, plus coaching and development are key to your success and that of the team.
Our warehouse environment is fast-paced and full of variety each and every day. The diversity of our products across the multiple sectors we support means more diversity in your role. You will have exposure to multiple areas of the Business and have the full support and guidance from senior management.

You have a positive attitude, and you’re a quick learner who can think on their feet, seeing challenges as opportunities and given the size of the business, strong time management skills will be crucial to meeting deadlines. You have great attention to detail and understand warehouse systems, as well as a keen interest in delivering Operational excellence. Experience with managing dangerous goods and chain of responsibility is a must.
You are confident and effective with verbal and written communication and can deal with customers, staff and management at all levels. Your understanding of Warehouse Management processes and procedures will help you drive continuous improvement. Intermediate MS Office skills (Word & Excel) and RF scanning knowledge is also required.
