As part of the Bunzl Group, Bunzl Safety is a manufacturing, import and wholesale business, specialising in the provision of reputable, quality, and innovative branded products, including Mack footwear, WS clothing, Beaver lifting & materials handling, Beaver load restraint, B-Safe height safety, onsite services, and Frontier personal protective equipment.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the National Order Manager, you will be managing order statuses, handling delivery delays, and coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure all orders have been shipped out.

Other responsibilities include:

• Expediting customer and supplier orders.
• Updating the PRONTO system and facilitating corrective actions.
• Communicate with warehouse and purchasing teams, account managers, suppliers and customers.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on supplier performance.
• Supporting the sales team with site visits when required.

This is a hybrid role, working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

 ABOUT YOU

The other essentials we are looking for are:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of inventory management
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• PRONTO system experience highly regarded
