About the Team

Our team onboards and develops the relationships with our third-party customers. Our team supports customers from our strategic partners such as Qantas, Tic: Toc and our broker channel.

Our team environment is a dynamic, connected, and fun environment, with customer engagement consultants, lending consultants, home lending specialists, and broker support business development associates, led by our specialist team leaders. 

About the role 

The role is responsible for building a strong connection with our customers both inbound triage for our home loan customer enquiries, booking appointments, undertaking post settlement tasks, and making outbound calls to new customers as well as supporting the retention of our customers.

For this role, you will be required to engage with customers, be curious, listen to their needs, identify any relevant solutions, and complete a serviceability check before setting up appointments with our experienced lenders.

As a driven and highly motivated individual, you will be able to easily build rapport with customers, explore their overall financial needs and establish opportunities for our lenders.

Our Customer Engagement Team currently operates:

Monday – Friday CST between 8.30am –

Saturday CST between 8.30am – 4.30pm

You will be required to work across the span of hours on a rotational roster. 

This position is full time and can be based in our Adelaide or Ipswich head office
