About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career in banking by undertaking a Traineeship as a Customer Service Officer.
You will be given the guidance you need to do what you do best – listening to customers and using your skills to help them with transactions, provide education on our online platforms and tools, recommend the banks products and services, and assist our customers achieve their financial goals.
We will support you to achieve a Certificate III in Business. This is undertaken as paid on-the-job training within work hours and in conjunction with a Registered Training Organisation.
This position is based at Community Bank Koo Wee Rup.
This traineeship is a 12 month contract.
About you
You:
- Can quickly learn new systems and processes
- Confidently talk to customers face to face and over the telephone
- Are eager to learn and share with others what makes our bank different
- Hold a strong desire to find solutions that truly meet customer needs
- Have experience in the customer service - this is a plus but certainly not essential, we understand that you may be starting out in your professional career
