Following the announcement of an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our Dandenong South, Victoria branch.
The primary objective of this role is to deliver improved revenue growth and margin within all our sectors using creative strategies. You will lead the design and implementation of sales plans to optimise the performance of our highly talented sales team in order to drive profitable growth throughout the region.
You will be joining a management team who lead-by-example and who thrive on sharing their knowledge and experience in order to see their team grow and develop.

OUR IDEAL PERSON
You have a successful track record in business-to-business sales in high-volume, consumable products as well as excellent team leadership skills to maximise staff performance.
Your ability to develop and implement strategic plans designed to increase market penetration and gross margin will see you build value for the organisation.
Exposure to sales in the cleaning, healthcare, hospitality or safety industries is highly desirable, however, other industries where you have had to work with consumable products from initial product cost to customer pricing will be valuable.
You have strong relationship management and people management skills, proven success in creating an enthusiastic and successful sales team, well-honed communication skills, a sense of urgency, a commitment to high levels of customer service and the desire to excel at what you do.
