YOUR ROLE

You will work within the sales team and be responsible for providing exceptional service and manage all aspects of your accounts.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing a defined customer base
• Building, and maintaining customer partnerships
• Supporting strategic business objectives through sales analysis and improvement
• Assist in resolving customer queries
• Providing monthly reporting on business insights to national sales teams.

ABOUT YOU

You are a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Strong time management, attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also a must. 

Other essentials we are looking for:

• Sales and commercial acumen
• Proven background in customer service/relations
