What we’re doing
The Senior BA role sits within the Customer 360 tribe which is a part of the Customer Product and Experience Group. The Customer 360 tribe looks after the end-to-end customer experience spanning our customer lifecycle including onboarding, quoting, contracting, along with Sales, Marketing and Operational tooling. Customer 360 tribe is made up of many squads that look after the platform capabilities that support our customers.
You’ll be one of two BA’s working within the Salesforce squad in the Customer 360 Tribe. With the Salesforce squad, you’ll have a focus on improving and simplifying the internal user experience and being a key contributor in the future direction of how we manage our customer interactions and data. You will support our stakeholders with improving the sales pipeline process, become an SME of the various products we provide at REA to our customers, and understand the data flows between Salesforce and our other internal systems.
