You will drive the change agenda and delivery of key solutions for the Bunzl business units. You will partner with all business areas to optimise the use of employee digital resources, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams usage and governance, Sharepoint, and work closely with Business Analysts to help on rolling out IT projects.
You will influence stakeholders and transform the mindset of employees to ensure a high level of user adoption of digital resources.

Having worked in a Change & Delivery analyst role, you will already have strong customer and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong admin capability and computer literacy, high attention to detail, and high-level multi-tasking are also on your check list. You can examine processes, quickly grasp the requirements, challenges, opportunities, and confidently and clearly suggest ways for improvement.
