We are looking for a Full Time Service Administrator to join our Auckland team. The successful applicant will need to be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing to a wide variety of people, have empathy for others, not be afraid to roll their sleeves up and "muck in" and possess the ability to provide our customers with the level of service expected within our industry.

To achieve the growth and service goals of USL Medical we must consistently provide an extraordinary level of customer service throughout the organization. This makes the Service Administrator role pivotal to the success of the company. This position is varied and demanding requiring technical awareness and an understanding of customer service, time management, order entry, contract management and job scheduling.

Some responsibilities include

  • Assisting managing the office, taking telephone calls and handling all customer enquiries effectively and professionally
  • Ensuring all jobs are logged to a technician and prioritizing workloads in conjunction with technicians / customers / parts availability and management to achieve high level of customer satisfaction in line with business goals
  • Offering customer support and answering enquiries regarding servicing needs
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Actively looking for ways to increase revenue

  • Ability to work with the team and be a real team player
  • High attention to detail and able to work under pressure
  • Outstanding written and verbal communicator
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to learn new products and systems
