Rural Bank is proudly part of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank group, offering bespoke banking services to Australian farmers. As a specialist rural lender, we assist farmers to obtain appropriate finance to grow their farming business.
We currently have a permanent position located in Albany for a Rural Customer Manager (RCM) to join the large Sales Agribusiness team. Managing an existing portfolio of agribusiness customers, predominately in the Small Farm Segment, providing quality banking services to help them grow their businesses.
This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to take the next step in their career transitioning from support/administration to customer management. Alternatively, it would suit someone currently working as a Relationship Manager, who prefers working within the small exposures area with a focus on management of existing customers, rather than business development.
This position requires someone who demonstrates quality focus, customer focus, a sound knowledge of agriculture, and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. You will be responsible for preparing annual reviews and updating customers’ requirements. You will pride yourself on your good time management, as well as strong planning and organisational skills.
Join a large collaborative team that are supportive, enthusiastic, and have significant agribusiness expertise and knowledge to share. Whilst Albany would be the preferred location / branch we'll consider This role will be based in a branch within WA or SA
