YOUR ROLE

As one of the front-line people in our Bunzl Safety business, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.

Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include leading and managing the customer service team, maximising customer satisfaction and improving efficiencies.

You will assist in identifying internal and external queries and liaise with the key stakeholders to ensure that they are actioned. You will actively be involved in team development and coaching as well as ensure that all administrative tasks are adhered to on a scheduled basis.

Having worked in a customer service and people leading role, you will already have people and time management skills that have been developed within an office-based environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in leading culture change, and high-level multi-tasking are also on your check list.
