YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our internal customers. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through phone and email interactions.

Part of your day-to-day will involve:

• Resolving IT infrastructure and system issues
• Responding to employees IT enquiries
• Actioning inbound calls regarding a variety of our products and services
• Visit other Bunzl sites to provide guidance and support for users face to face and online

• Experience in a similar IT support service role in another large organisation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• A collaborative attitude and ability to work autonomously 
• Well organised, positive attitude and high energy profile!
