About the role

The Workforce Identity and Access Management Service team are responsible for the management of platform and services for Workforce Identity Management, Privileged Access Management, and Mainframe Access and Security and some Identity Governance Services.
You will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of Workforce Identity and Access platforms and services and working with the broader team to continuously improve those platforms and services. You will work with our business customers to understand and deliver on Workforce Identity and Access use cases and facilitate the flow and quality of work for the team. You will have a good understanding of the key concepts of Identity and Access, including provisioning and registration, access roles in systems, identity and access lifecycle events, privileged access, system approaches to identity automation and lifecycle management, using data to automate events, identity and access governance concepts.
