The Workforce Identity and Access Management Service team are responsible for the management of platform and services for Workforce Identity Management, Privileged Access Management, and Mainframe Access and Security and some Identity Governance Services.

You will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of Workforce Identity and Access platforms and services and working with the broader team to continuously improve those platforms and services. You will work with our business customers to understand and deliver on Workforce Identity and Access use cases and facilitate the flow and quality of work for the team. In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end management of Workforce Identity and Access systems and services including overall technical health and vitality
  • Identity and Access control objectives are auditable and are designed to meet compliance requirements
  • Maintain and upskill your technical knowledge and productivity, with a focus on what has value to the organisation
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communications and delivery of value
  • Share the agile facilitation roles within the team, and active participation in agile ceremonies
  • Be On-Call or out of hours support or maintenance as required to maintain or evolve health and vitality of Identity systems and services

About you

You will have a good understanding of the key concepts of Identity and Access, including provisioning and registration, access roles in systems, identity and access lifecycle events, privileged access, system approaches to identity automation and lifecycle management, using data to automate events, identity and access governance concepts.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Technical skills in multiple technical areas of the following are desired, including any of:
    • Implementation and Maintenance of Privileged Access Management Solutions (CyberArk)
    • Microsoft Operating Systems, Linux Operating Systems
    • Active Directory (admin\privilege best practice)
    • Interfacing Privileged Access Management controls with a variety of platform and application management surfaces
    • Integrating Identity Management Solutions with Identity Governance functions (eg Identity Lifecycle and RBAC/ABAC).
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and change control process
  • Some knowledge of privileged access risks and controls approaches
  • Experienced and effective in Agile practices (or willing to learn)
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI\CD
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment with a capacity to prioritise and manage tasks and issues effectively
