YOUR ROLE
By leading and motivating your high-performing team, this role is vital to the successful running of our local operations and the delivery of service excellence to our clients. Managing the team, you will assign daily tasks, manage the warehouse workload, ensure warehouse consumables are maintained for daily use and establish the smooth receipt and dispatch of good and products.
The wellbeing and morale of the team is also in your hands, so ensuring overall safety compliance, providing regular team communications, managing effective labour planning, plus coaching and development are key to your success and that of the team.

Our warehouse environment is fast-paced and full of variety each and every day. You will have exposure to all areas of the Warehousing and Logistics operations, and support and guidance from senior management.
