About the role

This Senior Consultant Culture and Experience role sits within the Culture, Experience, and Insights team. A centralised function that straddles both People and Culture and Risk to facilitate and manage activity to support the evolution of the culture (including risk culture) at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. You will be part of a team who are driven, enthusiastic, eager to learn and incredibly passionate about delivering our culture strategy.

In this role you will be key to delivering one of our most important, enterprise-wide strategic imperatives. You will support the design and delivery of cultural and employee experience interventions to realise our culture aspirations, including strengthening the methodology, developing relevant frameworks, data collection (quantitative and qualitative), analysis, and reporting.

Your key focuses will be:  

• Support Strategic Program Initiatives: including Behavioural Expectations and Tone from the Top
• Culture and Risk Culture development: identify, develop, and deliver appropriate, relevant, and flexible strategies, solutions, and tools to enable our culture aspirations, including development of non-financial risk and compliance policies and delivering learning and communications
• Culture measurement and monitoring: use data to measure and monitor, investigate, assess, and provide insights on the progress of the program
• Employee Experience initiatives: including the design and launch of a recognition platform, linked to updated behaviour expectations

This is a permanent position that can be either full time, or part time (minimum 4 days per week or equivalent), so talk to us about what flexibility looks like to you.  You can be based in any of our main office locations in Adelaide, Bendigo, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney for the days that you’re in the office, noting that hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today. 

About you

To be successful in the role, you'll have: 

• Good knowledge of culture and risk frameworks, with experience in designing culture and employee experience interventions and driving risk management awareness, culture, and education programs
• Experience in designing and building research projects in a business environment
• Proficiency in data analysis (quantitative and qualitative techniques) and insights interpretation with the ability to interpret and define culture measures and KPI’s to analyse impact of culture program of work
• Change management (specifically behavioural change) and program management knowledge and experience 
• Ideally your experience will be within the banking industry, or similar large, regulated organisation
