About us
Our goal to be Australia’s Bank of choice drives us to set the example of how banking should be: progressive, sustainable, shared, and trusted.
To support our vision we have instituted a new integrated program of work, aligned to our strategic imperatives of reducing complexity, investing in capability and telling our story. This program is about ambitious and far-reaching change. It will not simply fix things in isolation, but through an integrated program that will enable us to implement long-term, sustainable improvements. It will allow us to strengthen our foundations and evolve in line with industry standards to ensure we remain accountable to our customers, regulators, and government.
We're making a choice to uplift our risk management capabilities, culture and processes and be a better bank so we can make risk-informed decisions to grow and continually develop our offerings to best support our customers.
