  • Working with Finance and, where appropriate, external experts to develop all HR Committee papers to the required standard and timeframes

  • Oversee the implementation of all HR Committee decisions and ensure these decisions are communicated as required

  • Working with Finance to develop the annual Remuneration Report and contribute as necessary in the build up to the AGM

  • Oversee all share plan administration ensuring that all plan documentation is accurate, and that grants and vesting schedules are adhered to

  • Act as an advisor to the business on all ad-hoc remuneration requirements.

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated remuneration expertise including design and implementation of strategy, Incentive Plans, Equity and Annual Review processes

  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset to ensure effective application of remuneration plans to support business objectives

  • A desire to work collaboratively across the P&C function and be the subject matter expert across the group

But we don’t just hire someone based on their skills and expertise. It’s our connection, acceptance, and genuine care for each other that makes REA a great place to work. That means you also need to be an avid contributor to our inclusive culture - we celebrate different perspectives, and all play an active role in creating a sense of belonging.
