About the role
Based at any of our Head Office locations, this permanent, full-time Product Manager role reports to the Senior Manager Product Management with key responsibilities relating to supporting the Senior Manager with the design, development, management and performance of the business and agribusiness product portfolios. The Product Manager will also support the use and development of the Product Lifecycle Framework, both within the team and in collaboration with other product management teams throughout the Group.
You will also support other Product and Analysis areas to prepare business cases for new products or enhancements to products in consultation with the Senior Manager for presentation to senior leadership for approval and prioritisation. You will constantly review products, processes and policies to capture and implement opportunities for improvements in line with the Product Lifecycle Framework. You will share information and updates with fellow Product Manager in monthly forums and manage the implementation of process improvements and internal initiatives across Products and Analysis. Furthermore, you will also identify impacts of transformation initiatives on the Products team including identification and management of all Products tasks and appropriate timeframes to ensure successful implementations.
This role will take a heavy projects focus where exposure to change implementation and projects experience will be advantageous. Having an understanding RFS-B and an exposure to Risk is desirable but not essential.
