About the Division
Finance provides the core financial information and models to support performance measurement, target setting and understanding drivers of financial outcomes.
The Financial Performance team supports BEN with delivering analysis, insights and advice to leadership to drive business outcomes including monthly reporting annual budget setting, decision support and peer benchmarking analysis.
About the role
The Senior Manager – Business Financial Performance is responsible for leading a team of finance specialists in the provision of performance reporting and analysis for the Bank, including board, divisional and business unit performance reporting. This role specifically supports our Business and Agribusiness Division and is an exciting opportunity to support energised business stakeholders.
