A little bit about the team and the role…
Our Sales Group is made up of fun, down to earth passionate people. We establish authentic relationships and our customers love doing business with us. We also recognize that a fantastic customer experience starts with our people, and we create an environment where you are empowered to drive change and think big, while getting support and guidance to develop new skills and grow your career.
While no two days are ever the same, you’ll be:
Achieving revenue, customer satisfaction and activity targets within your defined territory
Driving a strategic approach to your portfolio, protecting existing revenue whilst driving growth
Matching solutions to customer needs and goals
Collaborating with the wider team supporting, learning and growing capability
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for candidates with boundless energy and the curiosity to understand people and businesses and a genuine care for development and growth. Whilst autonomous and proactive, you will also thrive when working as part of a wider team.
Adapt and thrive in a very fast paced and constantly changing environment
Delivering excellence to all customers is your jam; you’ll be out on the road a lot!!
Communicate effectively with the ability to build strong relationships
Ability to strategically develop a solid plan, but willing to change it
Have a strong system to juggle lots of things at once without letting tasks slide
Draw on their account management and/or sales experience
Demonstrate having achieved sales targets consistently
Use CRM systems (Salesforce a bonus)
Work autonomously
Real estate and/or digital experience are nice to have but not a must
Willingness and ability to travel regularly within territory (although some meetings can be digital)
