About the role
This Role is a part of the Customer Data Platforms Service which operates under the Customer and Data Enablement Practice. The Practice drives the enabling capabilities to onboard and connect with our customers, and the modernisation and simplification of our data ecosystem to enable us to derive value from our data. The Practice relies on number of Services to enable the execution of this strategy.
You will be a member of a cross functional team (squad) and will work with various stakeholders and business SMEs to elicit and validate needs and requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. As a member of an agile team, you will work to understand business problems and opportunities and are responsible for translating these into user stories and acceptance criteria to support development of business solutions enabling the organisation to achieve its objectives.
You may take on the functional role within the team of Iteration Management, coordinate Chapters or Guilds and aid junior team members.
