Mission: We’re redefining support for disability and aged care in Australia by helping people who are aging or living with disability to connect with independent support people in their community.
Working within our amazing Growth team and directly under our Creative Studio Manager, you'll apply your magic on briefs from across the business. You role will require you to balance strategic thinking, problem solving and practical approaches to strengthening our user communication through clear and user-centered marketing copy and end-to-end content experience – for internal and external customers.
Some of your responsibilities will include and are not limited to:
* Write copy for brand campaigns including Ooh, radio scripts, TVCs, digital - distilling Masterbrand work from agency into advertising assets.
* Develop copy for social paid assets.
* Develop content in partnership with the lifecycle function to ensure engaging communications for Mable audiences (eDMs, push notifications).
* Develop FAQs for customers around key initiatives and new product launches.
* Develop copy for marketing collaterals such as brochures, stands, press ads
* Develop tone of voice guidelines / brand guidelines
* Develop evergreen messaging guidelines (including CTAs through the funnel)
* Write UX copy - support the launch of new product features and pages
* Provide guidance to content designers working across UX.
Please note, this is a Hybrid role and will require you to work out of our Sydney CBD Office from time to time.
Our ideal Mabler
Due to the diversity of the work, we are looking for someone with a keen interest in all aspects of copy, an explorer’s spirit and an innate understanding of brand tone of voice. Ideally you will have a background in product, technology or agency with strong experience in brand copy, SEO, site, product and UX writing. Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with stakeholders, empathise directly with our customers and drive consensus cross-functionally will sit at the heart of what you do.
