Job Description

As part of the Bunzl Group, Bunzl Safety is a manufacturing, import and wholesale business, specialising in the provision of reputable, quality, and innovative branded products, including Mack footwear, WS clothing, Beaver lifting & materials handling, Beaver load restraint, B-Safe height safety, onsite services, and Frontier personal protective equipment.

 

YOUR ROLE

You’ll be responsible for the overall management and performance of the Branches within your region ensuring that branches are aligned with the overall strategic plans and objectives of the business.  You will conduct branch reviews and evaluate performance against the agreed KPI’s and budgets.  You will take the lead in managing key regional accounts, including national corporate accounts and new business development.  Working with the Branch Management teams you will ensure the safety, welfare and development of our staff while making sure that safety strategies, stock, cost control, operations planning policies and awareness is a priority.

You’ve already fine-tuned your leadership, relationship-building, sales and logistics knowledge and skills from previous roles in a B2B environment. Always searching for ways to challenge the status quo, you have a proven track record in developing new business, and a strong analytical and commercial background in reviewing major customers.

 

The other essentials we are looking for:

  • Strategic, operational, and tactical nature
  • Minimum 5 years commercial experience
  • People management experience
  • Outstanding numerical and analytical knowledge
  • Advanced Microsoft office suite skills
