About the role
As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the support you need to do what you do best – listening to customers and using your skills to help them with transactions, provide education on our online platforms and tools, recommend the banks products and services, and assist our customers achieve their financial goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow and develop a career at the bank.
This position is located at the Community Bank Nathalia and Numurkah branches. The role is a casual position working varying days and hours during the week. There may be a possibility of some regular shifts in the initial training months however will also need to cover additional shifts due to team absence and planned leave when requested.
