Corporate Properties is responsible for providing a high level of properties support to all Bank premises, including Corporate Offices, Branches, Business Banking Centres and other Administration sites, and ensuring they remain safe for all staff, customers and other parties and open for business through the minimisation of property related business disruption.

About the role

As Property Project Coordinator and reporting to Senior Manager Property Services, you will be responsible for co-ordinating end to end activities relating to property projects or initiatives including but not limited to minor refurbishments, relocations, make-good, cosmetic and security upgrades, equipment installations, and repair works.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Co-ordinate activity relating to short term property projects or initiatives
  • Provision of support to Property Services Project Manager when required
  • Contribute to the timely delivery of property project activity by maintaining a clear understanding of customer requirements and proactively managing external contractors
  • Ensure all project activity is compliant with Work Health and Safety and Building regulation and codes
  • Ensure costs relating to project activity is within budget, reasonable and approved by required stakeholders
  • Complete regular project activity reporting as directed

About you 

You will have relevant property services experience with excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills together with solid communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient use of Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Understanding of Work Health & Safety and Building regulations and codes would be ideal
  • Property related qualifications or certificates would be ideal
