As one of the front-line people in our Bunzl Australia and New Zealand business, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.


Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include leading and managing the customer service team, maximising customer satisfaction and improving efficiencies.


You will assist in identifying internal and external queries and liaise with the key stakeholders to ensure that they are actioned. You will actively be involved in system and product training and ensure all administrative tasks are adhered to on a scheduled basis.

You’ll be energetic and self-motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks.   Reliable and enthusiastic, your excellent people skills enable you to negotiate win-win outcomes within timeframes and expectations.


Having worked in a customer service role, you will already have strong customer and time management skills that have been developed within an office-based environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong admin capability and computer literacy, high attention to detail, and high-level multi-tasking are also on your check list.
