REA Group are on the lookout for Mobile Engineers from NZ to join our team. We have offices across Australia, so you can decide the location of your next career home. We have opportunities for both iOS and Android developers across all levels. This is a high scale, high impact, and fast-paced environment. Here at REA, you can impact millions of Australians by working across multiple different native mobile applications that touch our customers and consumers! We are looking for those who are citizens or permanent residents of NZ and are happy to make the move to Australia (please note we are not offering remote working from NZ; you must be willing to relocate).

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer who is passionate mobile development in general. You will be working collaboratively with our product and technical team members to help deliver and support REA’s mobile applications. The Senior Mobile Developer supports the team in the following ways
Designing, coding, testing and deploying mobile products
Being insight led and ready to pivot when needed
Informing delivery planning and technical design by providing a balanced view of options, effort, and quality considerations
Keeping abreast of the latest technology advancements to inform product and technical design
Proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of products, technology, process, and team development
Collaborating across teams in an efficient and effective way
Learning and contributing to the tech community. We are constantly learning together, mentoring each other and striving to do things better
Who you are?
Someone with a few runs on the board
Demonstrated experience creating Android and/or iOS applications
Developed skills in software development techniques and continuous delivery
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment
Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment
