Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You’ll also ensure communication flows within the Customer Service team itself and other areas of the business.
