About The Team
Canva is built for any team or organization that has a need to visually communicate at scale. About The Role
The mission of the Strategic Account Executive is to expand our Canva Enterprise footprint as he or she helps build out our global reach efforts. She or he will also help Canva develop the company’s Enterprise sales and success approach and implement best practices for building a world-class sales organization.This role owns the entire relationship with the customer — from designing prospecting strategy into the account, to expanding the account to multiple teams, and renewing; the Account Director is the constant in our customers' lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Revenue growth: focus on acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts, Develop and execute against an account/territory plan.
  • Customer enthusiasm: extend Canva’s tradition of high customer satisfaction across teams and lead full sales cycles with a consultative approach, creating and articulating compelling value propositions for Canva for Enterprise.
  • Best-in-class processes, practices, and efficiency: create, educate, experiment, and collaborate with senior leadership on building team practices and playbooks for operating as a top SaaS business
  • Team mentorship: cultivate the culture and talent for attracting and motivating the talent to accomplish the above

What We're Looking For

  • Success: proven track record exceeding quota and 8+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • Builder attitude

  • The ability to provide consultative services at scale
  • Creativity and imagination: We are in building-mode and the role will require an innovative leader to build processes, sales narratives and sales motions that are unique to Canva
  • Business insight / judgment: ability to prioritize focus of effort and inquiry with an eye to business impact / outcomes
  • Communication skills: ability to communicate complex concepts and insights concisely and with actionable so-what, ability to speak with C-Suite/Executives
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • Salesforce experience a plus
