The Procurement & Workplace Experience team are passionate about providing value to the REA Group. Whether this is through driving good service and commercial outcomes from our vendors or managing a best-in-class property management and travel and expenses program or, the team have work closely together to deliver consistent outcomes to the business.

What you’ll be doing

The key function of this role is to be the procurement lead for REA’s Supplier Onboarding and Due Diligence process, managing our newly implemented Onetrust platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the issuance of our Due Diligence survey to third parties identified as having the potential of exposing REA to one of the risk triggers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and maintain the Onetrust platform

  • Guide internal stakeholders through the Supplier Onboarding and Due Diligence process

  • Provide training with an appropriate cadence

  • Identify Suppliers that hit one of the risk triggers

  • Track and monitor progress of all Due Diligence activities, providing up to date reporting to relevant internal stakeholders

  • Be the liaison between the Category Leads and Third Party for additional information and clarification

  • Escalate identified Risks to the relevant internal parties

  • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the process

  • Further to this, you will champion the Due Diligence process, lifting its profile within the organisation

The role will also be critical in working with the Procurement Leads to develop and maintain appropriate controls for Suppliers, including but not limited to:

  • Supplier onboarding process

  • Government sanctions

  • Modern Slavery Act

  • Supplier governance

  • Code of Conduct

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience across controls and reporting.

  • Bachelor in Business or Commerce or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to work productively in a fast paced and agile environment - #gsd (see urban dictionary for help).

  • Great interpersonal skills; to engage key stakeholders around the business.

  • Work in or be flexible to work in an agile and fast paced environment.

  • Collaborative team member; provide assistance and support to team members.

  • Someone who embraces change, and responsibility.

  • Self-starter and enthusiastic – you’ll enjoy problem-solving and bringing new ideas to the table.

  • Experience in Procurement Operations or Risk and Assurance is welcome, but not essential.
