About the role

Delphi Bank currently have a great opportunity for someone wanting to start their career in banking and progress into a Banking professional.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of Delphi Bank, leading the way with our unique philosophy.  You will be given the support you need to do what you do best – developing lasting relationships with our customers by listening and using your skills to help them achieve their financial goals and by consistently ensuring your customers are feeling the experience of belonging at Delphi Bank.

We currently have 2 x full-time permanent opportunities at our Marrickville Branch in NSW.

  • Aligned with our brand, our ideal candidate will have a general understanding of the Hellenic culture to strengthen your ties with the local community.  The ability to speak the Greek language is highly regarded
  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment with a strong desire to find solutions that meet customer needs
  • Ability and willingness to have sales conversations with customers
  • Confidence to talk to customers face to face or over the telephone 
  • An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
  • A willingness to be actively involved in local community engagement activities that make a difference, ideally with flexibility to attend after hours functions/events
  • Experience contributing to a team environment
  • Experience in the banking and finance industry is not necessary
