About the role
The People & Culture Business Partner is responsible for the development and delivery of the People Plan aligned to the company strategy for their region. As a Business Partner, you will work with the Regional Manager to identify specific priorities to improve performance and engagement.
You will mentor and provide day to day support to leaders in the centres with all their people matters, promote and support leadership capability, provide guidance on ER issues including grievances, complaints & ongoing management of underperformance/disciplinary cases.
You will Facilitate and manage the annual cycle of activities in the region including performance reviews, resourcing, talent assessment and calibration, succession planning & capability development plans.
