About the role

As a Relationship Manager at Delphi Bank you will manage a portfolio of business/commercial customers.  Your key areas of responsibility will be:

  • Portfolio Management: Develop and deliver holistic solutions that meet your customers’ financial goals and remain within risk parameters.  Consistently ensure your customers are feeling the experience of belonging to Delphi Bank.
  • Grow the business:   You will further develop our existing customer base, as well as attract new customers by tailoring your marketing strategy to suit your customers.  You’ll engage with your local community, proudly and confidently tell our story and share our point of difference in order to grow your network, increase brand awareness and drive lending growth.
  • Relationship Building: Relationships are central to our customer value proposition, and you will use your own strengths in this area form collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and proactively build and maintain strong networks and community partnerships with local industry, business and community groups.

This is a full time, permanent position with flexible work options, based in our Delphi Bank Dandenong branch. To grow in our niche market with opportunity to raise your profile as a Banker you will need to have availability to attend events outside of core business hours when required.

 

Does this sound like you?

We are looking for someone who is aligned with our brand, having a general understanding of the Hellenic culture that will enable you to strengthen your ties with the local community.  The ability to speak the Greek language would be beneficial but is not essential.   Our ideal candidate will also have:

  • Demonstrated business lending and credit analysis skills and significant knowledge of the SME market
  • Experience managing diverse loan portfolios of business/commercial customers
  • Highly developed relationship building skills; proactively developing valued internal and external networks and community partnerships
  • Proven track record of business development with established quality referral sources and networks
