YOUR ROLE

As an energetic and motivated salesperson, you will use your extensive network of contacts within the public and private Heathcare, and Aged Care sector in NZ, to drive growth. You will support the NZ leadership team in driving the growth strategy for 2022 and beyond. You will develop strong partnerships with existing and new customer stakeholders and provide solutions by having a holistic approach from a business development and commercial perspective.

With the full support of our leadership team, you will take ownership of your business development and sales leadership aross both new and existing customers. Driving your role like it’s your own business, you will use your strong network within the sector to leverage the customer engagement required to this position. You will engage, collaborate and drive growth on the healthcare and aged care sector by facilitating new business and maintaining current business on a high standard relationship level.

You’ve fine-tuned your relationship-building and negotiation skills from previous strategic account management roles in a B2B environment, where you successfully managed multi-level relationships, both internally and externally. Always searching for ways to challenge the status quo, you have a proven track record in developing new business, and a strong analytical and commercial background in reviewing major customers.

 The essentials we are looking for are:

  • Extensive experience and strong network connections within the healthcare and aged care sector
  • Experience in dealing with national corporate customers
  • Understanding of Government and association regulations in the New Zealand Healthcare sector

It would be ideal if you also had:

  • Qualifications – Degree in Business, Commerce, Industry specific
  • Business Acumen – Exposure within a complex selling environment with multiple categories, clients and suppliers
  • Proactiveness – have the confidence to work autonomously as well as part of the team
  • Ambition – Deliver results above expectation and drive your own path to our leadership team
