We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Service team! You will challenge the status quo and share your extraordinary ideas. You'll have the opportunity, support and environment to be heard.

In this role, you will be partnering with our sales team to ensure customer expectations are met, as well as maintaining effective relationships with key contacts, internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in a dynamic team who always work together to optimise results.

The essentials we are looking for:

  • Confident communication skills
  • Excellent team player who is eager to learn
  • Prior experience in managing a team remotely
  • Ability to support the expansion of AI BOT tools, to further automate customer service
  • A good understanding of process flows and a vision of what can be Automated
  • A drive to support an expanding team and foot print
  • Ability to effectively communicate with external developers/consultants on Medshop’s BOT requirements
