About the role
The Collateral Management Team Leader will play an important role by ensuring completeness of collateral information across the Enterprise.
These are newly created roles, contracted for 18 months for a high-level project. Leading a team of 5-7 people, your key outcomes will be directed at:

Providing effective support and leadership

Building a high functioning team with a set program of work

Managing and prioritising work flows to deliver on a set business strategic outcome.

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

Achieving financial and business objectives through resource planning and development
About you
Our team requires experienced leaders who brings with them solid securities, lending and assessment experience and knowledge, with remote leadership capability. You will be someone who brings:

Coaching and development capability

Track record of high team achievement through leadership, guidance, and nurturing in a high volume service environment

Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills

Effective overall communication skills and emotional intelligence

Proactive leadership in customer service and customer experience

Strong computer literacy
