About the role

We are transforming and you can join us to make a real impact on how we do things at the bank. We have several roles available in which you’ll get the opportunity to work across large enterprise-wide Risk & Control uplift projects which have exec and board backing. You’ll be responsible for ensuring business processes and objectives are translated into business requirements to deliver desired business outcomes. You’ll enable the delivery of exciting new solutions whilst getting exposure to all areas of the bank. Projects span across the following areas: Risk & Compliance, Credit Risk, Governance, Data, and People Management.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with business SME’s and stakeholders to map, analyse, and document business processes and requirements and translate them into detailed business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and project meetings with stakeholders.
• Perform research and interviews to determine business needs and translate them into Epics and User Stories which include Acceptance Criteria.
• Analyse, facilitate, model, and organize information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements.

About you

• You’ll have experience working in a Business Analyst capacity with the ability to gather, document and translate requirements.
• Ideally you will have previously worked in the banking or financial services sector across a range of initiatives.
• We will leverage your unique skills but our preference is that you will have subject matter knowledge in one or many of the following areas: Risk & Compliance, Credit Risk, Governance, Data, and People Management.
• Proven ability to document user stories. 
• You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills which you use to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and effectively influence across the organisation and projects.
• You will have experience working in an agile team environment using tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
