The Opportunity

Join the MYOB PayGlobal consultancy team and provide timely, efficient, and accurate solutions for our customers.

The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to work with customers to identify, advise, implement and support the best solution to meet their Reporting and /or Integration requirements. The position holder works with the customer team throughout each Project/WO’s lifecycle, i.e. from gathering business requirements to the production go-live stage.  

Some of the key parts of the role are:

  • Perform scoping and analysis of customer requirements for Reporting and Integration services.
  • Provide high-quality, responsive solutions for MYOB PayGlobal customers across Australia and New Zealand, for their Reporting and Integration requirements.
  • Work closely with internal partners such as Account Managers, Development Teams, Product Managers, and other Enterprise Solutions team members
  • Provide ad-hoc consulting to MYOB PayGlobal’s client base, including configuration consulting; report writing; interface configuration and assistance; data conversion assistance; documentation and software upgrades; subject matter expertise, as appropriate/required

What We Would Love To See In You

  • Experience in troubleshooting applications and workflows.
  • Knowledge of payroll products and legislation; MYOB Payglobal experience is essential. 
  • Strong understanding/working with SSRS - SQL Reporting services
  • Flexibility, prioritization and time management skills, ability to multitask and be multi-skilled across the range of modules
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with colleagues remotely.
  • Highly customer-focused
  • A sound understanding of relational databases
  • Knowledge of visual basic is desirable
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
