The Executive Assistant is at the heart of PaperCut's operations and activities and the soul that keeps the leadership team moving forward! Reporting to our Global Head of Go to Market, you will provide high-level executive administrative support to them and their leadership team. You will keep them organized by taking care of operational and administrative tasks (sometimes, before they even arise).

Our code saves trees. After 20+ years of building paper-saving print management software, we still have our first employees, first resellers, and first customers. Our success is not measured by profits and business metrics, but instead by the impact we've had on our 139 million users and our planet. We're values-driven and fuelled by coffee.

Some of the things you'll do...

  • You will support our Global Head of Go to Market by coordinating/managing their calendar, emails, expense reports, travel, presentations, and following up actions from meetings.
  • You will support our Go to Market Leads by completing bi-weekly meeting agendas, notes and actions.
  • You will also coordinate global travel and events for the team.
  • You will work with our Workplace Experience advocate to support the office culture through the organization of events.

What success looks like 6 months in...

  • You've built trusted relationships with your leaders and other PaperCutters know they can rely on you for support.
  • You're the go-to person for supporting the go to market teams to build operational and administrative efficiency.
  • Your presentations and business content generation skills are shining through.
  • You've identified and solved several challenges that undoubtedly arose - basically you're known for saving the day.
